Kay, thanks for the help Kat. I already went ahead and moved over all the stuff into their corresponding similarly named folders, and anything that didn't have a folder in the WLO root folder I just moved over as-is.

IT WORKED! least for me it now shows Glory of the Empire on my opening window.

Ok guys..here we go...if you cant follow this...then...tough...no..just kidding..i have a few more ways i can try to explain it ...but this was the fastest way to show u all...

download the patch...duh...
and open it


put here whatever file you please...this will get you all the files you need to update to play the game

finish running the install and then go to explorer and open that folder...whatever you typed in...as well as your actual wlo folder (should be C:/Program Files/WonderlandOnline unless you changed it) and yes...i want you to open 2 explorers...put them side by side, it makes moving things easier

on the actual wlo folder...click on this

this shows some files that apparently do not get updated when you run the actual updater...this is where your problem lies...stupid Vista..once you click that...your window will change to this..
PS. if you go into the folder "upimg" you will see at the V4 startup screens...this is why you still seem them even after your ran the updater


oook...so now all we have to do is move files

PSS....if you ever wondered...where all your screenshots went...when you did the Alt-P thing in game...they are here to...you just have to show the compatability files

yes i use that same windows version...so its cause of vista?

btw i dont have no wlo folders anymore i removed everything and now im downloading the stupid program again so do i have to still follow those steps? and why do we need to follow those steps when i downloaded version 4 so easy

ok idk if this will work for anyone else but all i did was uninstall the game downloaded the patch and saved on D in vista on a new wlo folder that i made and everythign is fine now goodluck to yo guys oh but yea i dun see cap server

hmm i using vista too but dun have trouble login after dl ver5 patch and update the old ver4 files.
