Summer Vacation is coming up, and that means that it's a good time to learn some account security, now the hackers are out of school for the summer... WLO Team has decided to give some advice on how to protect your account.

Most Common Methods of Being Hacked
• Third Party Software - Hackers lure players with third party software to download, and the software monitors names and passwords put into websites and games. They can even use this method to get banking info.
• Trojans - This is similar to third party software. It lies dormant and then logs what you type when you don't realize it.
• Phishing - Hackers will give links to false websites requiring your IGG name and password.
• In-Game Sharing - Some cheaters ask to share a player's account. In the beginning, the cheater pretends to be a good friend, but then comes up with some suggestion to obtain your account information, maybe even offering to help you train. Once logged in they immediately take all of your things.
• Buying/Selling Accounts - Sometimes cheaters will offer to sell a player an account for a few in-game gold, or even worse make the trade seem legitimate. Once the account is bought, and you charge IM points or rare equipment, the cheater uses the email registered to change the password and hack all of your new belongings.

The best way to start to defend yourself is simply to know what they'll do. On top of that, don't use third party software, don't visit unauthorized websites, and keep your account information private. Never give your password to anyone and always contact live support immediately when a problem occurs.

Cheating and hacking are both forbidden and will not be tolerated in WLO. If cheating or hacking is discovered, cheaters will be punished, and their related accounts will be banned or locked.

I remembered a good friend in Leo who was hacked many times...one time, the hacker used his friend's acc(which was hacked by that cheater) and told him he'll burst his char...since he really thought it was his friend, he gave his char w/o second thoughts

i changed password 2times already..she guessed my pass,and dc my char,then log in......
i broken up with her 5month ago
but she  try  guess my password from 23.may ......
she is so jealous and so hate me,i still dont know why

and dont tell anothers info about your birthday,phone number,your email,or msn,or personal blog,website.
hacker want hack you ,first,they will be close to you,and get your info as more as possible.

1 time this guy try to hacked me
He said would burst then after that he changed my password and try to use my account
Then I used e-mail and this put all his gold and items in this account so I got all this
this hacker is a loser he try to hack but he got hacked

yeah well some ppls are just too nice... like my friend even if he dk me in real he still helps me to get my acc's back to me
well now i have them all back except from Ulala and the GM dont want to give it back cuz idk the security question
