Introductionn of user rank and post rank

In WL forum, there are 8 rank of the user group. They are Begger,Newbie, Member,Advance Member, Conqueror, lord, king, Forum Legend. Those ranks are related to the credits you have. Once your credits reach a certain level, it will changed by system automaticly. In WL forum, there are 5 post rank .They are Beginner, Poster, Cool Poster, Writer, Excellent Writer. They are related to the post number you've posted. The same as the user rank, it will changed automaticly by system when your posts no. reach a certain level
